Terms of service

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by OÜ Kodanik Disain. Throughout the site, the terms “we, “us,” and “our” refer to OÜ Kodanik Disain. OÜ Kodanik Disain offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the “User,” “You,” or “Customer,” conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.


Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


  1. HOW TO BUY?

Please follow these steps to place an order using our Service:

  1. Select items to add to the Shopping Cart by opening the product page, choosing the size (if available), and clicking “Add to Cart.”

  2. When all items have been added, click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper-right corner. The number in parentheses shows the total number of items in the cart. To proceed, click “CHECK OUT.”

  3. Review your order on the Shopping Cart page. You can remove or change the quantity of items and leave any comments about your order.

  4. Click “CHECK OUT” to proceed.

  5. On the next page, fill in the Contact Information and Shipping Address fields and click “Continue to Shipping.”

  6. Choose the shipping method and click “Continue to Payment.” Note: only Omniva standard parcel is available at this moment.

  7. Select the Payment method. Ensure your card bears a supported payment processor logo.

  8. Under Billing Address, select whether it’s the same as your Shipping Address or provide a different one.

  9. Click “Review order” and follow the instructions on the payment processor’s website to complete your order.

3. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

OÜ Kodanik Disain is responsible for processing customer data. Data will be forwarded to authorized third-party companies for payment processing. The Customer may choose to pay through PayPal or Paysera.


Both processors accept credit and debit cards that bear Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted logos. Payments will be processed in Euros (€), and any conversion fees must be covered by the Customer.


The preferred payment processor is Paysera.

4. DELIVERY SPECIFICATION

We use Omniva (AS Eesti Post) for shipping. Omniva works internationally with local post offices to deliver orders to the address provided by the Customer.

Once the order is handed over to Omniva, a tracking number will be provided to the Customer.


Standard delivery time: 7 days

Maximum delivery time: 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

We are not responsible for any delays that occur once Omniva or any other local post office takes possession of the parcel.

5. RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be shipped with a tracking code and registered via email at studio@katrinvalgemae.com. If not registered, we reserve the right to reject the return.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned goods are received and inspected, which may take up to 7 business days.

  • The buyer covers return shipping costs.

  • Initial shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Refunds will only be transferred to the original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days.


If goods show signs of use or wear and tear, we may reduce the refund amount.


We reserve the right to cancel the sale and request the return of goods if there was a significant pricing error.


6. CLAIMS

Customers must send photos of any defective items to studio@katrinvalgemae.com within 7 days of receiving the order.


We may replace defective items at our discretion. We are not responsible for defects caused during shipping.

7. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our site, you confirm you are of legal age or have permission from a guardian.


You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or violate any laws in your use of the Service.


Breaching these terms may result in termination of your access.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted across networks.

You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible for information on the site being inaccurate or outdated.

We reserve the right to modify content at any time.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

11. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Descriptions and product colors are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary.

12. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update your details.

13. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We are not liable for third-party tools used on the site.

Use them at your own risk.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

15. USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
