PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. The name, phone number, and email address are transmitted to the transport service provider selected by the customer. If goods are delivered by a courier, the customer’s address is also transmitted along with the contact details.


Personal Information may be transmitted to IT service providers if necessary for data hosting or to ensure the functionality of the online shop.

Personal Information is stored on Shopify Inc.’s servers, located in the EU or EEA. Data may be transferred to countries assessed as having adequate data protection levels by the European Commission or to companies in the USA and Canada under the Privacy Shield framework.


Personal Information can be accessed by the online shop staff to resolve technical issues and provide customer support. We implement security measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access or disclosure.


DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


LEGAL GROUNDS

We process Personal Information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business interests.


YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Requests can be sent to studio@katrinvalgemae.com. We will respond within one month and specify the period for deletion when applicable.

DATA RETENTION

We maintain your Order Information unless and until you ask us to delete it. Purchase history without an account is stored for three years, and information for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.


MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.


CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes concerning Personal Information are handled via our customer support email. The Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee) is the supervisory authority.
